I am aware this is not so much a "bug", but I would just like to bring up a minor error regarding the achievements for clearing The Jade Stoa (Extreme) and The Minstrel's Ballad: Tsukuyomi's Pain, where the former is written simply as "Defeat Byakko in the Jade Stoa", leaving out any mention of it being the extreme version of the trial, and the latter is written as "Defeat Tsukuyomi in Castrum Fluminis (Hard)", where it lists the incorrect difficulty required to obtain the achievement. This is for the English language version of the game.
