If you provided sufficient info in your report that kick abuse possibly occurred, the GMs will investigate.

For player privacy, though in my opinion, it's also because people would see how easy it is to get away with various ToS violations.

If the GMs determine that kick abuse did occur, they will issue an appropriate penalty. You can view more info on it here:

First you need to consider whether you were unjustly kicked. While the kick options are afk, offline, harassment and cheating, there is also 'differences in playstyle' (any of the four would be selected in that case). That last one has a broad definition and would cover stuff like kicking players not performing the basics of their job (healers not keeping the party alive, tanks not holding threat, dps not using any semblance of a rotation or just pressing random buttons), but it could also include kicks for pulling too much or too little. It wouldn't cover kicks for stuff like glamour, race, job or right before rolling on loot.

If you felt the kick was unjustified and believe it's something those players regularly do, you should report it. It's probably not worth the effort otherwise.
