I know opening all 5 Chakras is supposed to take long in a fight but could we, maybe, make it so that Meditate stacks Chakras to 5 when were out of Combat? Would be a appreciated QoL change im sure. Thoughts anyone?

It would have an impact in dungeons between pulls they might look at for balancing issues, but it would definitely be a nice quality of life change for raiding.
I'm more along the line of give Monk nothing because their overtuned atm. Not even QoL changes

I'd rather Chakra not be generated outside of combat, but ramp-up is otherwise reduced and the Meditation skill itself made more viable. That or have it generate passively outside of combat, at Meditation's rate.
It would be a nice change but i would rather they look at shoulder tackel and TK before this.
Or even give steel peak something intresting other than just dmg...maybe have it add a stack of GL and give it a longer cd/less dmg but at least it would give us a way to use TK and recover our GL stacks quicker.
I still love playing my monk, but there are some abilities that are just like...wtf why do they exsist. they really dropped the ball.

Same results, just added unnecessary button presses (that actually sums up Monk nicely actually).
It's more "unbalanced" to let Ninja use their mudras and reset it with hide outside of battle.
Depends on how much time between pulls to do this, set up your form shift and ready wind tackle. It’s only slightly more. The amount of times I decided to go jump off a ledge/sulk in a corner after the 3rd-4th time a tank pulled without a countdown or with a 5 sec countdown after a wipe in 8man content would beg to differ.
