I figured out the spreadsheet. Here are the values for Komura:
Komura 21 21 18 20 22 15 31 13 17 10 28 12 18 11 21 18 14

For the Column you just transpose the numbers, so 21 for base 21 for ivory shoals, etc.

The Excel sheet has been updated with the first 4 of the new zones (I'm assuming there's a new rank 40 zone). I'll get around to the html when I get the new zone and feel like deciphering my sloppy code.

The level 40 is Purgatory, unlocked from Deep Sea Site 5.

My subs' current trips include DSS5, so hopefully I'll have it unlocked and added in by Friday.

I finally unlocked Purgatory on my 8th visit to the zone, and the Excel sheet is up to date.

Html will be done next week when I get bored at work, or sooner if I get bored over the weekend.

They dumped the last 5 airship builds at the same time on a minor patch. We'll probably only see one more build, maybe two.
