I did not receive my hoped for resolution, but this GM put forth great effort and provided superb customer service on my behalf. I appreciate it. They made me feel like a valued customer.

I just had the pleasure to work with them as well. All of the GMs do sorta seem robotic at times, and I understand it's they're job to be unbias. That being said, Drazilenoteb was very positive and helpful.
