    Please SE, make this purchasable at the calamity salvager, i threw away that whole chest on first day since i had better gear, didn't even knew how it looked like and sadly there isn't anything like that for sam.

    I can't believe this hasn't been fixed yet, but it did take them forever to fix the Songbird gear exchange, so I guess I won't hold my breath.

    The Calamity Salvager bases what you can get off what achievements you’ve unlocked, and there wasn’t one for unlocking the job...

    However, they could always add an NPC near the entrance to the coliseum that sells this set and level 50-60 samurai swords. Kind of like there are similar vendors near the Dark Knight, Astro, and Machinist quest givers.

    Achievements and quests, actually. There's stuff like the Stormblood Garlean set, the Head Bandage, all the Custom-made chests from early quests, just to name a few, all which aren't tied to achievements.

    They could easily have the SAM/RDM lvl 50 gear on the Calamity Salvager, since it's a reward from a quest, they just haven't bothered to do so.
