Remove role action Rescue : only a tool for trolling and poor gameplay

I have been saved too many times to count is TsuEx as I usually am on the far end of the safe side for meteors.
Healers that use this properly are a godsend.

This use is really neat. Might run with rescue instead of Esuna next time. Yet to clear TsuEx.
