As I said in the last thread advocating for Rescue's removal. ((There have been soo many of these threads by now)) Rescue is a godsend to healers who are stuck with tanks and dps who want to play "How many vuln down stacks can I get?". I've used it countless times as a healer in Experts to pull people out of avoidable aoes so I don't have to waste extra mp healing or ressing them. If anything rescue needs a lower cd. Others have also pointed out that it is hardly the only ability used to troll, but you don't see anyone advocating for those abilities to be removed. Just report and move on.
