Remove role action Rescue : only a tool for trolling and poor gameplay

I completely agree this ability should be removed they should never make abilities that control the actions of another character in any mmo. On my healer I will never use this ability and pretend its not even there. The moment anyone uses it on me regardless of the situation they will be reported.

You mention the success rate of Rescue being small. Well, I feel inclined to argue the the troll rate of Rescue users is more than likely to be just as small.

Either way, it doesn't matter. A troll is a troll. The fact that they decided to use Rescue in the middle of a fight and got you killed isn't worth fussing about.

That's like complaining about a tank using Limit Break in the middle of a fight that doesn't require using it. Or worse - a non-tank using Limit Break before an important Limit Break mechanic (Alexander). Does this mean we should get rid of Limit Break mechanics?

Also, a healer doesn't need Rescue to troll you. They can choose just to literally not heal you in the fight. You know, as "punishment". And then what? Are you going to cry about how healers should be removed from the game?

Basically, the point I'm trying to make is that the problem isn't with the Recue ability - it's with the player that decides to troll. And the way you deal with those players is by kicking them from your party.

It's pretty useful in the new EX primal and helping BRD/MCH since they don't have knockback immunity or gap closers.

I don't see it used often honestly. It's hard to fit into cross skills with other mandatory choices filling up almost half the slots most of the time so that stops people from slotting it in the first place.

Shame that some people use it for trolling but the same could be said for Shirk. I don't think it has to be removed, just remove the player if they are intentionally doing it and causing problems.

Reasoning its not used is A: it takes a role slot B: its got a 3 minute cooldown..its not like you can use it frequently..which makes the OP's point all the worse for it.

But this time, it was 2 players that had grouped together, that acted like princesses... enough.

As for role skills, it's completely useless, remove it and it won't hurt anybody : it is just a under alternative for some very occasional situations.
As for the "I use it to save my sprouts"... please stop, that's just an argument for the sake of giving one.... just do it like we did before : let him die and learn.

Don't ranged physical have arms length for the same standard knockback immunity? I think all roles have it in one form or another. Though yeah, they don't get to dash around like dancers do.
