So you came to the forums to let all your anger out instead of using a diary or face book (since most ppl use it).

Actually...while the OP was short...its certainly better than your post...in terms of tone. That and you assume everyone uses face book or a diary...this is the FFXIV forums...can't be any more appropriate than this.

As to the subject matter... Tanks who don't communicate...who don't pay attention...who don't hold aggro..who pull and ditch....who face roll damage....are a stupid tank in my book. :P

And if you need advise on the above? You're in trouble. Just my 2 Gil in the pot.
