At this point all Jobs planned for 5.0 are most likely for certain finalized and maybe already completed. It now just a matter of waiting for their reveal and the developers side focus more on adjusting them before release of 5.0
I am aware of that, my comment of fan fest being mid 4.4 was more to point out how there's a cluster of players who expect Alphi to do an "Alisaie" job evolution in the story (and if I am not mistaken, she did her own "job tease" in 3.4 soul surrender)
