    I know it drops from Doma Castle, but it is a straight to inventory drop like Ancient City or does it get rolled on?

    Not sure if you're still looking for an answer, but it drops from the chest and gets rolled on - when in doubt you can always check the database on the lodestone, select the duty in question and go over the loottables for each chest aswell as seeing drops directly from the boss (for Doma castle that would be a TT-card for example).
