That's overselling it for one simple reason - if you got tokens and such the way we do, that combat content wouldn't last nearly as long as it does. RNG on stats on gear that drops, mixed with RNG influencing the ilvl of said gear, is what keeps it from being "finished until the next patch" as quickly.

Also, I said nothing about those not primarily having an interest in battle content having nothing to do, but rather that if you're not interested in two specific forms of battle content (mythic dungeons and raiding) that you get little in the way of content - less even than we do.
There's to say that their content is far more daily locked than ours. Imagine trials having a 1 day lockout for example. Now mythic+ aren't really locked but the reason most ppl run mythic+ is to get loot which is the RNG you speak of, since you have to hope the item you wish drops, that it titaforges more than the one you have, that it has a socket and that it has a tertiary stat if you wish so.
When factoring all of this it's probably even worse than 24 man loot right now, I don't remember how many items drops from 1 mythic run, but really that's the gist of it. That content is made to be run counteless times and the same goes for world quest too or it was during launch.

That aside frankly this argument is extremely opinion based, ppl that have much more free time will have an extremely different opinion on the amount of content as such both wiews have grounds
