Loss of Need in Raid - Alternate Options (Not for complaints)

So I think we all agree (Well alot) that the new system isnt working well. So rather than starting a thread where we all talk about how its not good or is good. Lets just talk options here so that SQ gets options in a single place to look at.

I understand you want to make the raids run more often and even with need it was not guaranteed. If we dont want to go back to need, i would feel better with the following option:

Option - In the past I know even with need I was not guaranteed a piece until it was a tank role since there is only one. But maybe give me some extra bonus each run i don't get my piece of gear. Throw me a extra cluster or 2? Each extra run something more can be given as a bonus so with each incremental time I run that I didnt get my drop, I at least feel like I was rewarded for spending that time in the raid.

Don’t make anymore new threads on this. Add your likes and comments to the existing large one. Thanks

    This one at 72 pages:

SE has mentioned that it's easier for them to keep tabs on people's opinions if they stick to mega threads rather than making tons of tangentally related individual ones.
