Game Freezing on Alt-Tab

Anyone else having this issue since patch? Game locks up when I alt tab in an out. Random when it happens. And also random how long it lasts. I will be posting tis in Tech Support as well. Just figured I may get more responses from players with same issue here.

Also,
When I hold alt+tab I can see the game moving in minimized window but if frozen when I got to full screen.

Have you ever noticed this happen before the patch? What programs do you run in the background? Please try disabling all over lays as well.
