My weaver was 43 when they started the achievements, when I hit 50 I was only 400/3000. Took my little time for the 1-40 synth with hastyhand something you can't do while leveling the craft.

Currently I think it depends on the craft some are easier to get then others. Goodluck though on getting your next tool though ^^.
