I'm currently using a no-RNG, no-MaMa, no-HQ mats, no-speciaist 100% HQ rotation for my 4.3 crafter/gatherer gear, using HQ Matcha and NQ Cunning Tea (with no-tea, vendor-bought NQ tempura platter rotations for spec classes and i350 battle gear). The stats required are OBSCENE, and there is no way you can do it with the Ala Mhigan set. My current non-spec Craftsmanship is 1709, Control 1799, CP 491 and the rotation finishes without a single point of Craftsmanship, Control, or CP to spare. I would not recommend it unless you are a crazy masochistic meld fetishist like me though :P
With your stats, I can modify the above non-spec rotation to reach 100% HQ as well. However, you seem to have found a rotation that saves 5 CP. Gratz.

Non-spec modified: (98%, missing ~300 Quality, but needs 8 CP less)

So it needs 3 less CP than yours, but this one is not 100% HQ unfortunately (according to calculator).

    Non-spec modified: (100%)

One of my main goals was a rotation that worked without using HQ Cunning Tea since making/buying it in large amounts was extremely inconvenient on top of the food. This is the rotation I am using. Note that the calculator says 3942/3943, but in-game it does indeed finish at 3944, tried and true.

(yay I learned how to get those fancy images on here!)

Nice! You were able to buff a Focused Touch instead of another Prudent Touch. Didn't see that possibility.

These macros are nice, but I'm wondering if there's a way to account for the possibility of poor condition on the Byregot's finisher.

Thanks. It is already accounted for. Right before you click the 3rd macro is the Excellent check point. If it is excellent, just manually press Byregot's Blessing, and then finish up. So the blessing will never land on a poor.

Was more wondering if the Rumination macros had any place to account for that.

I'm summarizing the 4.3 gear rotations we have here contributed by all of you...

    Liam_Harper's rotation 1 (specialist only):
    1522 crafts needed
1461 control gives 22934 quality (65% HQ), 1860 control gives > 31000 quality (100% HQ) [* I ran this rotation on the simulator with 1860 control to get these numbers]
    539 CP needed
    >> Caimie's Comment: There is no doubt that this rotation is strong... low craft, low control and low CP requirement. However, having a Steady Hand II right before the Byregot's Miracle is a pain... I mean if you really got an Excellent on the Steady Hand II, you're pretty screwed... either eating the Poor on the Miracle, or risk blowing up with an unprotected Miracle. Also, having the need of Rumination is, despite creative, still a slight burden with cross class skills. I personally won't opt for this rotation, especially for a final product. I would consider this Miracle + Rumination approach only if this were for an intermediate crafted mat.

    Liam_Harper's rotation 2 (specialist only):
    1522 crafts needed
1486 control gives 21754 quality (36% HQ), 1860 control gives 29242 quality (98% HQ) [* I ran this rotation on the simulator with 1860 control to get these numbers]
    529 CP needed
    >> Caimie's Comment: Liam_Harper certainly understands the weakness with the rotation above, so he created this, which resolved all the problems. This rotation certainly has the lowest craftsmanship and CP requirement out of ALL rotations listed here, and the quality outcome is impressive. So it is certainly a very awesome rotation. But it does require being a specialist.

The rotation that Seyb found on Reddit:
    1600 crafts needed
1745 control gives 26880 quality (88% HQ), 1860 control gives 29251 quality (98% HQ) [* I ran this rotation on the simulator with 1860 control to get these numbers]
    562 CP needed
    >> Caimie's Comment: This seems to have the least craftsmanship required among all the non-specialist rotations listed here, but the CP requirement is extremely high.

    Seyb's modified rotation 1 (with Ingen1):
    1709 crafts needed
    1860 control gives 29251 quality (98% HQ)
    554 CP needed
    >> Caimie's Comment: This seems to have the lowest CP requirement, but craftsmanship needed is high.

    Seyb's modified rotation 2 (with Ingen2):
    1709 crafts needed
    1860 control gives 29638 quality (100% HQ)
    562 CP needed
    >> Caimie's Comment: This gives the highest quality. But requires very high craftsmansip and CP. Keep in mind that even though this rotation seems inferior to Espritduo's rotation below (both 100% HQ rate but needing more CP), it's actually NOT inferior. Most of us won't have 1860 control, so that means we won't reach 100% HQ running Espritduo's rotation below. And this rotation here will give more quality. So the extra CP spent is NOT wasted.

    Espritduo's rotation:
    1709 crafts needed
    1860 control gives 29589 quality (100% HQ)
    557 CP needed
    >> Caimie's Comment: This has a reasonably low CP requirement. But craftsmanship needed is still very high. Comparing to Seyb's modified rotation 1, this rotation spends 3 extra CP to gain an extra 338 quality. It can be a reasonable trade... depending on our CP level after food. It all comes down to how big the cost is for us to reach from 554 to 557 CP. If the cost is not big, then it's a "why not". If the cost is big, then might as well just stick with the 554 CP rotation.

Again, keep in mind that most of us will NOT have 1860 control, so the final result quality will be much lower than this, and we're expected to use HQ mats to make that up. Thank you all for contributing to this collection! It gives players a great variety of choices according to their available stats.

I don't think you can prevent the risk if the Steady Hand II is right before the Byregot's Miracle... You either have to go for an unprotected Miracle, or you'll have to eat the Poor on the Miracle... This is certainly an undeniable drawback of the Hawk's Eye Sand rotation that uses the Miracle+Rumination approach.

However, since the Hawk's Eye Sand is just an intermediate mat, I think the risk is OK. It's not going to hurt you much having one unlucky synthesis out of 20. The strength of that rotation is that you really have a very low requirement for all the stats.

For the Rumination rotations, with sufficient Craftsmanship you can replace the 3rd Piece by Piece with Observe+Focused Synthesis and still finish the synth. This allows you to switch Steady Hand II and Innovation around to account for a bad Excellent proc.

This. Or you can replace Innovation with Tricks of the trade (which would eat the „excellent“) in a macro. Of course you‘d lose around ~1‘800 quality.
