    I'm I reading this wrong or should the NPC in the city be up now, i'm a big event person and i been sitting here waiting just wandering if I am reading it wrong because don't want to sit here for an hour waiting lol

    Maybe they meant the midnight 24 hours from now? I get confused when people refer to midnight...

    Other ideas to try would be zoning (teleport/return works) or logging out and back in.
