thanks for reply. I expect some assistant from forums as my issue was exactly same as GhibliTheSW‎ 21/2/2018 in Support center resolved sub forum.

and in terms of the payment i have the 3 methods : Visa, Visa electron, Mastercard .. but i used the paysafecard of my friend.. it doesnt work .. the issue is not the way i pay .. the issue from my account in mog station .. kinda bug or something in there am not sure .. i do really appreciate if you can do something for me >.< i have tried everything i could but didnt work .. even more than 24 hrs .. like 3 days then tried to use mastercard instead of Visa .. the past 2 weeks i was trying everything .. it didnt work .
