    Error 601, Error 401 .. etc </3 unable to buy stuff

    Since the new patch released, there are also maintenance started end of April about the credit/debit .. etc, payment methods. i was expecting all issues are solved already .. i have been trying for 2 weeks now to buy stuff but this error kept showing up : Error 401.. sometimes Error 601 ..

    i have tried :-

    1- using different credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Visa electron .. etc).
    2- using 3 different browsers (internet explorer, Google Chrome, Safari).
    3- cleared all cookies, adds on, histories .. in all 3 browsers.
    4- contacted my bank to make sure in case there is a Hold on my card or something but all was good.
    5- tried to make purchase in Amazon (to make sure my card works) and it was fine.

    please dont tell me to go to "contact us" in SE. i did and my complain number is : 8413408. i didnt get any response and the chat support are not working .. i wonder how awesome mmo game has such weak support service ..


    few minutes back i registered in this website just for this issue .. please assist.

    Although payment errors are not something that we can assist with here on the forums, due to your personal information being needed to look at your account, I can offer some suggestions.

    Have you waited a full 24 hours and then tried to use Pay Pal to purchase Crysta? A lot of players have used this as a work around for payment errors.

    Hope to be of assistance.

    thanks for reply. I expect some assistant from forums as my issue was exactly same as GhibliTheSW‎ 21/2/2018 in Support center resolved sub forum.

    and in terms of the payment i have the 3 methods : Visa, Visa electron, Mastercard .. but i used the paysafecard of my friend.. it doesnt work .. the issue is not the way i pay .. the issue from my account in mog station .. kinda bug or something in there am not sure .. i do really appreciate if you can do something for me >.< i have tried everything i could but didnt work .. even more than 24 hrs .. like 3 days then tried to use mastercard instead of Visa .. the past 2 weeks i was trying everything .. it didnt work .

    I've seen TONS of forums where people have been complaining about this since 2013....... what a disgrace that this issue is still so huge. I just started but i cant buy anything from the shop either. I cannot buy boosts, clothes, mounts, or even more play time. its like they WANT this game to die. My friends and I have all submitted plenty of tickets with this same concern and same issues but we have all been ignored. This game WILL die from this.

    well, i totally agree with you .. am not upset or disappointed of issues that might occur, as all technical issues might happen anywhere anytime .. am just mad that we are being ignored and they just remove any possibility of being contacted like chat support or at least hot line contact number .. am willing to pay them money if they fixed my issue .. seriously this game is so awesome .. it doesn't deserve to have lack of support .. i did played many mmos .. i can say this one is the kinda best of them in all aspects .. and my last hope will be Ariellendera xD .. he did fixed the similer issue for someone 4 months back .. i hope they fix all these issues for all of us >.<
