house and plot gone

i logged into my account with no house no plot, i am there every day and now it is gone i am mad, sad, disappointed, and i seem to get any support without jumping through a million hoops. I just want my house back.

You have to go inside the house to keep it, not teleport to it.

If you went inside "every day" the house then you have to contact Square Support.

Recommend you visit the housing caretaker NPC ASAP to get 80% of the money back and maybe repurchase it if it's still available!
