    My Account was suspended after psn went down?

    Hi i want to know how can i get my account unbanned since i wasnt even using any malicious program or doing anything illegal i am a PS4 user and it seems that i was banned for no reason and there was no email at all?

    Unfortunately this is not a issue that we can assist with here on the Technical Support Forums due to your personal information being needed to look at the account. I can tell you that once a account is banned/suspended nothing can really be done to over turn that decision. The decision is made and investigated by the GM's. I would like to suggest that you contact support directly to discuss your issue. I will be moving this thread to "separate support required"
