Sticky Keys Accessibility Feature Not Working

The Sticky Keys Accessibility feature is not working in the Windows client of the game. Is there a program or way to enable this feature somehow while playing XIV.

The only way I have been able to get it 'working' in Windows is by enabling the 'press a modifier key twice in a row' option (acts as a 'LOCK' for modifier keys). However pressing CTRL twice, then having to hit CTRL again to disable the modifier key.

    CTRL
    CTRL
*CTRL key is now ready to modify*
    1
    *hotkey fires*
Hit CTRL again to turn it off.
That is an excessive amount of keystrokes.

The default feature allows you to:

    CTRL
    1
    *hotkey fires*
    *CTRL is automatically turns off*
Recently had some health issues come up and have been reliant on using the Sticky Keys feature for gaming. Any help would be appreciated.

Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

It looks like we were able to replicate this issue on our side, but we couldn't find a way to make it work unfortunately. Due to this, we'd like you to submit a bug report in the following forum: http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/f...2-In-Game-Bugs

Be sure to follow the steps in the sticky thread on that forum.

In the mean time, have you tried binding the second hotbar to something that doesn't need a modifier (such as F1-F12)? I know these are bound to something else with the default setup, but it may be worth finding some keys that you don't use and try binding the hotbar commands to those.

Additionally, can you elaborate on the disability you have? We may be able to find an alternative solution if we know more about your condition.

We hope we can be of assistance in helping you enjoy the exciting world of Final Fantasy XIV!

I can try, however my laptop acts funky because by default the fn keys are performing different actions (volume, brightness, etc).

I have a skin condition called Epidermolysis Bullosa (RDEB), which has caused my digits to have been webbed together (thus limited my ability to use an MMO mouse or simply extend my reach to hit modifier keys + the key to be modified. On top of that, last year I had to amputate my right hand due to skin cancer.
