Moomba above gave the solution to your current problem. Even though you don't need Rowena's Tokens for what you're doing right now, here's an explanation of them for anyone who comes here wondering about Rowena's Tokens.
The thing about Rowena's Tokens is that there are a bajillion types--in most cases they are basically a secondary currency so that you can spend your tomestones or scrips down to avoid capping, but before you can actually afford to buy your goal item. The original Rowena's Token, named simply "Rowena's Token", is the exception, ironically.
Plain Rowena's Tokens are earned from a weekly repeatable quest in which you have to defeat the original three EX primals (Garuda, Titan, Ifrit) and are used to buy iLv90 weapons.
All other Rowena's Tokens specify which currency you're stalling (and still use the names from when such curriences existed), e.g., "Rowena's Token (Soldiery)" was originally bought with Tomestones of Soldiery and used for iLv100/upgrade110 weapons and "Rowena's Token (Scripture)" was originally bought with Tomestones of Scripture and used for 260->270 weapons. Now, anything that is pre-current-expansion is purchased with Poetics even though you still have to get the appropriate "Rowena's Token (CurrencyType)"; while the current expansion has a revolving system of tomestones that deprecate at each even-numbered patch (X.0, X.2, X.4), and will each be bought with their own current currencies.
There are also "Rowena's Token (____)" for gatherers and crafters, which are also a way of pricing things above cap without having to raise the cap.
