Partying and Experience Points Distribution

I've looked for a official bug report concerning this issue but haven't found one. So, I'm posting it.

When a mob is attacked by only one member of a party and then that player leaves the party, the entire party still receives experience points for the death of the mob without rest of the party actually contributing anything to its death.

This bug is being exploited by having a high ranking player aggro a mob which is much higher than the rest of the party, then leaving the party and killing it. This bypasses the limit of EXP gained by a high ranking player killing a low ranked mob and distributing the EXP to the non-aggressed, inactive party as if they killed the mob them-selves.

LMFAO! You have got to be kidding me? If this is sarcasm then congrats! But if you are serious look for threads relating to Power Leveling. This topic has been killed to death already.
