Create a lock-in for all Boss Raids

I can tell you now that some people are getting fed up with some of the players quickly ending a raid because it didn't go the way they wanted it to go and people having to spend X-amount of time right back into the PF, that my friend is helping no one. People need to learn to give their party a chance rather than outright slap in them in the face because they failed the first/second time.

and I said three times, I believe that is fair. To make it even more fair that it should apply to only CURRENT content but not the old content.

It doesn't matter, YOU CAN'T FORCE PEOPLE TO DO WHAT YOU WANT THEM TO DO, PERIOD.
