Create a lock-in for all Boss Raids

I think it's been said that the most annoying thing for players currently is when people bail out after a first or second wipe out, I think it would be better if there was a enforced 3-wipe limit to keep players in until after the duty is finished OR if the party has been wiped three times (I believe three times is a fair number given how long the fights can actually last).

This way it will prevent party disruptions for those involved as it is a matter of creating trust and patience with the party. This won't apply for things that have multiple bosses, but just for SINGLE bosses only like the recent Tsukuyomi. Some players have a hard enough time trying to complete content but only for someone creating a quick disruption because of a first wipe.

So you basically wanna force people to do what they don't want to do. Enough with that bullcrap, you can't force anyone to do anything, that's got a name.

People need to learn to give their party a chance rather than outright slap in them in the face because they failed the first/second time.

Nothing, absolutely nothing. Let people do as they want, and act accordingly. Report them, even though it's not gonna do anything in that case, you're free to do it, but if someone's leaving, they're already getting penalty'd. God damn. Even if forcing them was an option, which can't be, they'd just sit there and do nothing since they wouldn't be able to leave. Can be frustrating, but stop trying to force anyone to do anything. I'm one to leave when someone's massively undergeared (a WHM at lv46 yesterday, not wearing ANY of its accessories, for example), and I'm already getting a penalty. So swallow it up and let it go.

End result of your idea is people force disconnecting in order to get booted, so the other 7 people are just sitting there forced to be doing the fight short handed.
