i already do via my paying for the entire game through my sub.
I dont care who SE pays or not for it, I'd rather have a hearable voice in some (not even all) CS, or that they just remove the option entirely.

This is a double edged sword, since you say you don't care, but we all know if it happens you and the entire player base will. How many people have you heard, this person sucked, why did they pick them, the other guy was better, this language is better. It's all the same language is language, and while admittedly some people perform better than others, it's your knowledge or lack of knowledge that makes something "cool". A lot of "English" speakers like to use Asian character/words cause they think it's cool, its really not; likewise a lot of Asian speakers like to use English words cause they think its cool; why do you think the spells are literally called Fire, Blizzard, Thunder, Protect, Care(Cure)?

exactly, just as you dont know what your sub money goes to, neither do I, but im pretty sure that SE can afford to pay their VAs.

Unlike in America, where we pay out VA's a pittance, they deserve better quite honestly, Voice Acting in Japan is a big industry. So basically, it's can you afford Scarlett Johansson and Robert Downey Jr. or Tara Strong and John DiMaggio, who are two big named American VA's but would get a fraction of the pay for 4x the work. Now I am no expert so I won't make like it's bad for full on American VAs but for Anime Dubbers, it is far worse.

Not difficulty to solve. Just put 4 actors for warrior of light male voice on the 4 languages and do the same with the female, so we got 4 actress. And then we use the voice option on game just for emotes. And people need to stop saying ''not gonna happen'' for good idead and things that be a must on every RPG. Bye.

Ha you funny. Sure lets do that, and watch the torches and pitchfork rise up. And I wouldn't say voices need to be on every RPG. Granted we've become accustom to them, but there are plenty o games that thrive on the bare minimum. I haven't played it, but Breath of the Wilds is the first Zelda game with a full voice cast, Link aside, and the Zelda franchise is usually labelled the number 1 franchise among video games. And it did all of that with little to nw voices.

But this isn't an RPG, it's an MMORPG. There's some big differences in these.

Of course it would be great to have some voices in the cutscenes, but obviously this isn't practical without greatly reducing the number of voices, and I personally wouldn't want the 'customisation' to be restricted anymore than it already is.

I'd rather just get the option to preview my combat grunts and yells at character creation. I picked a voice I liked and was aghast when I started leveling bard to hear how...bad the combat voice was.

I think it could happen if the game was only dubbed in japanese. I think about the game Saints row where we can pick a voice and it is voice acted entire game, but a game where we need 4 voices for each character, well...

Math is a bit off. 4 languages, 2 genders. Unless you want to pick out a very ambiguous voice that could go either way.

Actually, nah, let's go with one VA per language. But instead, let's make sure it's a voice wholly unsuited to every character. Is Richard Simmons available?

Eloah thats complete Rubbish... they are allready paying their employees so they might aswell ask them to help record when they are not doing something and even pay them a little extra if they are doing it outside of their time.
I wouldn't mind paying 1$ a month more. Cuss lets admit... if their hours were realy that expensive then why only charge what they are charging us now?.... Lets admit... large amounts of customers usualy cover expenses.
It's up to SE to make them feel like they are realy inside of a fantasy world and the only way of making it feel real is by using real voices
