Copy character settings between 2 PS4s

Is there an easy way to copy all the character hotbar settings from one PS4 to another PS4?

I know PC players can just backup and move files if they want to play on another computer, but I do not know how possible this is between 2 PS4s without doing a full system backup/restore which seems extreme.

There is! Select the game icon on your XMB (main screen) and press the options button. Second choice from top should be upload/download save data, from there you can copy over both the system and character settings.
Needs PS Plus though

Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

The character/system settings are saved in the 'application save data' section of your system storage. Uploading the save data like the above poster suggested should work but does require PS Plus (not something required for Final Fantasy XIV). Just be aware that you have to install and update the game before you can move over the save data.
