    Error [30413] [25008] [20495] [20495]

Hello all. I've been recently trying to download patch 4.3 and entering the game to play. However, I've been plagued by this error which makes it so I get about 20-40% into the installation and then it closes my client out. I have tried:
    - Port Forwarding
    - VPN
    - DNS change and flush
    - IP renewal
    - Network change and reset
    - Restarting my computer
    - Allowing ffxivboot Full Control

I'm at wits end at this point and am unsure why this is happening. Before the patch I was able to play the game with no problems at all. If this is a problem that is client-side I'm unsure of what else I could do to fix this. Any help is appreciated!

    EDIT:

I have gotten the problem solved. If you encounter this problem, it would be best for you to try clearing browser caches and brute forcing the launcher, reopening whenever you receive the error, a DNS change and flush, then try the steps below alongside brute forcing. If that does not end up working then you may have to port forward. This is to be done through http://www.portforward.com/.

Ensure that the latest version of Internet Explorer is installed on your PC (even if you don't use Internet Explorer). Please do not use Microsoft Edge, as that is a different Internet platform. Once Internet Explorer is up-to-date, please open the IE browser's "Tools" menu, select "Internet Options" and adjust the following settings:
Under the "General" tab, please delete ALL browser history.
Under the "Security" tab, please move the slider to the lowest possible settings or no higher than "Medium."
Under the "Privacy" tab, please move the slider to the lowest possible settings or to "Allow All Cookies."
Under the "Advanced" tab, please make sure that "Allow software to run or install even if signature is invalid" is CHECKED.
Make sure that all SSL and TLS (EXCEPT SSL 3.0) are CHECKED.
    [SSL 3.0 should be UNCHECKED]
Hit "Apply" to save the settings, and then "OK, to close the Internet Options menu.
Right-Click on the FFXIV launcher icon and select "Properties."
Go to the "Compatibility" tab, and change the compatibility mode to "Windows 7."
Hit "Apply", then "OK" to save the changes.
    Please RESTART your PC now.
Once your PC has been restarted, Right-Click the FFXIV launcher icon once more and select "Run as Administrator."

I have not as the installation would take me ~10 hours to go through. I'm going to try reinstalling now but why is it that this issue suddenly popped up with this patch and not with others? It would be a pain if I have to reinstall every patch from here on out. Do you know of any preventative measures I should take?

EDIT: I have tried to reinstall and got the same error 30 minutes into the installation. Is there any guaranteed fix for this problem?

So a little more information. Working with the GM team it seems this problem arises due to a change in the launcher itself. Some may be able to fix the problem by clearing browser caches and restarting the launcher multiple times over.

This, alas did not work for me. So YMMV in this case. Anyone with any suggestions would be appreciated and I shall continue to update this thread for anyone who may have this problem arise in the near future.

I have gotten the game to work through this issue. It took a bit of brute forcing but with the help of the NA Support Center I got it resolved.
Updating the top post to reflect this. Please move this to the CLOSED sub-forum. Thank you for the assistance!
