Discount for FFXI?

Looking at my checking account today, I noticed I was charged full price for FFXI. I thought this month started the reduced price plan? Anyone else getting charged full price still?

i think ffxiv is only getting a discount but i could be wrong

Perk #3 states that FFXI is being discounted. I linked my PlayOnline ID over a year ago, so I know thats not the issue. According to the chart; Feb., March, and April should be discounted months.

hmmm... have you tryed phone SE so see what might be going on that may be ur best opiton right now, they should end up refunding you're money if they didnt turn of the discount.
