If we get a new Scion/Archon...What should he/she be like?

A thought occured to me today while watching Tao Okamoto mowing down people with a bow in Westworld. Out of all the main characters we have in FFXIV none of them use a bow. In fact the only promiment archer we had was the Ranger of Darkness. That got me thinking.
Now it is not very likely that we will encounter too many archers in Garlemald, but it did got me thinking about Papalymo's potential replacement in Gridanian affairs.
And that got me thinking how short on manpower the Scions are.
Currently:
Moenbryda - dead
Papalymo - dead
Ysayle - dead
Minfilia - in another dimension
Thancred - behind enemy lines
Alphinaud - Hanging out with the guy whose identity is obvious
Krile - Dealing with Eureka
Tataru- Off training Soroban and seducing Kugane's elite
Estinien - Does his own thing
Urianger - doing his own things as usual
Lyse - trying to not be like Yda and failing at it as she's still a silly monk girl
Gosetsu - off on a pilgrimage
Matoya - In her cave alone and being sassy
Yugiri - back with Hien and likely staying there.
Unukalhai - no damn idea but not with us that's for sure

So that leaves us with Y'shtola, Alisaie and maybe Garlond Ironworks if youknowhat hits the fan. Well even they have their hands full with omega. Oh and if Lyse decides to leave the Scions and be someone important in Ala Mhigo, we will have nobody to represent the Scions in Gridania.

So, yeah. We need more Scions/Archons. Question is: What kind of new Scion?
Gender, class, race?

I'm not sure anyone could fill Minfillia's shoes, but yeah, I don't like how it was left with the Scions. I'd like to see them rebuilt.
So... I'd like to see a Thaumaturge for obvious reasons! Any race will do as long as it isn't a lalafell! There are far too many of that race with that class.

I would also love to see a Crimson Duelist (Red Mage)

As for Minfilia? Her shoes are easy to fill as she was merely a figurehead with less practical uses than Queen Elizabeth. Her bra on the other hand is like way too big for every other NPC.

I am 100% certain it is a viera and she uses a bow and is just straight up badass!!! She will be introduced the closer to 5.0 we get.

I would be fine with her. In fact that would be super awesome. Plus Viera are also from Othard so it would totally be like Hanaryo.

Minfillia is as much of an example of a good leader as Alphinaud is an example of a bad one. The Crystal Braves were a bad idea and I enjoyed giving them all a beating at the end of all of that. She led with grace, intelligence, and wisdom and she did it all without any fighting ability. That's my opinion. I am okay with you not agreeing with me

Queen Elizabeth is only in charge because the people let someone dictate who is "noble" and who is just a "peasant".

Estinien's not actually a Scion or anything but I am convinced he's going to make a reappearance as part of the actual main cast!

They've been shafted pretty heavily in regards to there being none of prominence beyond some very minor characters.
