    Then you gotta ask, what's the rush that players need to just run off anyway, the content isn't going anywhere. If they don't want Protect then not much you can do about it really.

    it doesn't matter if they want Protect or not. it's a healer tool, they have no business in wanting it or not. I want that they have Protect up to make my life easier.

    however, yes, current Protect feels like a useless waste of a skill. by the way DRKs Dark Side has the same problem.
