Able to kick members of the Novice Network without having to be in the Novice Network

*I have not actually done this glitch myself, but I have witnessed it being abused frequently over the past several days by Mentors on Gilgamesh, though I think they have been doing this for a lot longer. I'm not 100% sure how they are able to do this, but these are my guesses.*

Steps:
1. Mentor A has the Novice Network List open when they are removed from the Novice Network by Mentor B.
2. The Novice Network List does not close when they are removed and Mentor A can now kick Mentor B and any other members on the Novice Network List.

OR

1. Mentor A and Mentor B are talking in the Network throughout the day.
2. Mentor A removes Mentor B from the Novice Network.
3. Mentor B goes back through their chatlog until they find Mentor A talking in the Novice Network at some point earlier in the day.
4. Mentor B right-clicks on Mentor A's name and is given the option to remove Mentor A even though Mentor B is no longer in the Network and cannot get back in for several hours.
5. Mentor B clicks the option to remove Mentor A and the window asking for the reason pops up, they type in their reason, hits accept, and the removal of Mentor A goes through.
6. Mentor A is now removed from the Novice Network by Mentor B (who was not in the Network) and Mentor B can now kick other members of the Network as long as their participation in the Novice Network is available in Mentor B's chat log.

(edit) This is from my chat log earlier this evening. Names, the reasons, and chatter in between, are being removed to avoid name and shaming. But this Mentor A was able to kick Mentor C mere minutes after being removed from the Novice Network, even though Mentors removed from the Network are banned from re-entering the Network for several hours. However this is happening, it is some kind of glitch that is being abused for harassment.
