Summary:
The Bloodhempen Chestwrap of Casting (and Healing) is experiencing a visual bug since patch 4.3 where there are random dark "splotches" visible on the garment that weren't there before. The splotches never change position and have an odd shininess to them. They are darker when the camera is looking directy at them, but lighten as the as the angle changes to look more "across" the garment.

These splotches did not appear prior to to patch 4.3, but now appear at all times when the garment is visible.
