Can We Have Tail Armor Back?

It's not that much of a big deal Yoshi P. But tail armor for aaaaaaall those long neglected armor pieces you and SE made haven't gone unoticed. It'd be cool if my tail was protected too ya know, my tail is just as important as the rest of my body.

Besides, a cat without a tail looses all sense of balance, or so the wise tale says. Didn't you guys add tail armor back then?

Of course some armor does still have tail armor but it's not realistic enough. It leaves the tail in a static motion or crams it into an impossible fit.
Ya'll know the armors I'm talking about.

Either way, as someone who has a tail I would prefer it to not be sheathed in armor but if it was only a few sets I don't see the harm. I don't think this will be a widely supported request, though.

I don't want anything covering the tail, but I'd prefer it if they'd stop being lazy with the design of gear where the tail is concerned. If you look at older gear designs (or even the underwear/smallclothes) they used to design gear around them. Nowadays they just clip through whatevers in the way. Armors, capes, etc.

If it's the armour I'm thinking of it looks horrendous. It makes the tail rigidly point upwards. It looks so stupid because the tail is literally unmoving.

There was "artifact" set for DRG in HW would armor the tail. Well looking at the sprite I think more like it replaced the tail much in the way the wolf costume did.
