Due to the the trimming of actions going from 3.0 to 4.0, some jobs do not feel fun to play at synced level 50 or level 60. Some jobs, like MCH, are a lot worse off for it.
Would it be possible to let us keep our full set of moves when playing synced content?

I enjoy the Glamour Dresser and Glamour Plate system but I am wondering if in a future patch you all can look into updating it so we can use them in Sanctuaries. Not just City States and Housing Areas. (And the Chapel) Either that or be able to use them when not in a Instance Zone and not in combat.

would it be possible to have future live letters translated to english live? it's rather annoying relying on 3rd party websites for translations especially with the possibilities of mistranslations and misunderstandings. waiting weeks for the digest is also annoying as the patch has usually gone live or is about to go live before the digest is released.

Are there any plans to add in Open World Level Sync (where you sync to a party member) in the game world and/or Eureka? (Yoshi-P said this was a good idea back at Las Vegas Fan Fest 2016.
