    Fullscreen is better in pretty much every game because it allocates more resources to the Fullscreen application, that's why it has better performance.

    It happened after installing the new Nvidia 1080 GPU driver, i thought that would fix the audio delay problems which is now fixed with the new FF14 update.
    I tried a full clean install of the driver, there seems to be no FPS drops when i use a 3rd party FPS capper, it's just the in game one that causes issues, specifically the 72 FPS limit, the 144 limit seems fine, im usually around 80 - 100 frames if i uncap, maybe the capper doesn't like limiting FPS lower than what i actually can get.
