I tried a full clean install of the driver, there seems to be no FPS drops when i use a 3rd party FPS capper, it's just the in game one that causes issues, specifically the 72 FPS limit, the 144 limit seems fine, im usually around 80 - 100 frames if i uncap, maybe the capper doesn't like limiting FPS lower than what i actually can get.
