Nice yo see alot of people agree with me, that hair clippings should be fixed i guess. Also nice to see some of you figured a way to fix the problem so to speak, it really is interesting!

Considering what's currently going on with the quaintrelle skirt, and other waist glamours, I assume everything would be permanently updoed unless you were naked or wearing a swimsuit.I also second that I really disliked TERAs forced updos, ESPECIALLY since they started doing it to literally everything that wasn't cash shop. If you wanted your hair down - 99% of the time you had to use cash shop items or low level gear. Also, the toggle is a client side only option if it matters (to me it does) so it really was not that great of an option as it seems.

This is actually a feature implemented to encourage players to wear, er, minimalist clothing. It didn't take me long after switching to Au Ra to realize that the endgame glam meta is to just not wear upper body clothing at all.
So let down your hair and let loose your inner naturist.

I love this quote! XDThis is actually a feature implemented to encourage players to wear, er, minimalist clothing. It didn't take me long after switching to Au Ra to realize that the endgame glam meta is to just not wear upper body clothing at all.

Collision physics seem like something they reeeeally don't wanna do. My only other suggestion is what if they just had like a separate model for the hair to have it tucked into gear that it would otherwise clip through? The same principle as what they do with hats and hairstyles that the hat would go over (Mostly the ponytails and twintails.)
And while some might not like the fact their long, flowy hair isn't sticking out it's at least better than the clipping. Although this method might not solve the hairstyles that have parts on the front that clip with some gear. (Like their new hime cut for all races.)

I suggested something like that too, but now im not sure if it would just result in a totally different clipping. But it still sounds like the 2nd or 3rd best option
Sho, what server you be at man? <3 ral

Just let us tie a hair style to a glamour slot.

But SE is a small indie studio, don't you know. It's not like they have the money to actually fix all these issues. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Frankly since everything clips in this game I'd rather they just bite the bullet and stop caring. I don't think SE has much room to complain about clipping issues when many of their newest Mog Station items like the princess gown are rife with them.
