Emperor's New Set not showing up for purchase

So I am confused. I have got a main character (that I've been playing for 3 years now off and on) that I can purchase the items for the Emperor's new whatever from Tataronga in Mor Dhona. But, I have an alt I have been playing since earlier this year that I've finished every MSQ and side quest (except crafting/gathering) for ARR and is in the beginning of HW now. With that alt, Tataronga does not have an option for glamour items to purchase. Did I miss something to unlock them with him?

I believe you have to do a crafting quest to unlock the recipes for making glamour prisms, and then you can buy those? That's also right there in the marketplace in Mor Dhona, IIRC.

That's right, you have to do the crafter quest to learn how to make prisms before you can buy the Emperor's New gear. You can now do this in Vesper Bay as well as Mor Dhona.

(Or if you don't have a crafter you can probably get them off the marketboard, depending on what degree of markup people are putting on them.)

Thanks all! Yeah that was the problem I hadn't leveled a crafter yet and done that quest. Lame that to get the glamour items you need to do a crafting quest but at least it solves the mystery for me.
