    Complete edition missing stormblood expansion

    So i got this complete edition code from a Pizza Dominos deal a few months ago in Australia, it said that it cover all expansion ARR+HW+SB, but when i register it, stormblood is missing, it asking me to buy the expansion. Anyone knows what happened

    That ad does, indeed, say it includes Stormblood. I'd verify you're logging into the account where you registered the code (in case you have two) and that you don't have any version of Stormblood registered (in case you're looking at a different platform or collector's edition). Beyond that, this sounds like a mission for their customer support ... which probably won't reply to THIS thread but need to be contacted by other means (phone, in game, web site contact form).

    This is how i understand it. Its possible that im wrong, so my apologies if this info isnt right/doesnt help.

    Im under the impression that a complete edition bundle should have 3 codes to register on the mog-station. One for ARR, one for HW, and one for SB - so make sure that any and all the codes you were sent are registered. If all the codes that were included have been registered to your account and its still asking for more, then this does probly fall on customer service to answer.
