    Can't unlock Scholar

    I purchased the fast leveling to 60 books for summoner. While my character is now a level 60 summoner, I do not have the scholar soul stone.

    There is no quest from the arcanist guild master or Alka Zolka. Help?

    Have you checked the NPC behind the counter in the arcanist guild? Think her name is Murie.

    Also, how far are you in the main story? You need to have finished Sylph Management aswell.

    Htere is a MSQ requirement for jobs, you need the Quest "Sylph Management" lvl 20 to unlock jobs regularly.
