    Steps:
    1. I just unlocked Fell Cleave and it was out of place in the character job action screen so it wouldn't let me add it to the hot bar. It's been swapped with another higher level skill.

    Fell Cleave replaces Inner Beast when you are in Deliverance. It doesn't have its own button but shares own with Inner Beast.
