"The Dragon's Neck" Glitch

Date & Time: Saturday, May 26th, 2018. At around 9:00PM EST
Frequency: Entire encounter
Monster name: Ultros and Typhon
Class/Level: Any, level 50-70
Party or solo: Both
Steps:
1. Engage Ultros and Typhon
2. Jumping outside of arena into the "out of combat" zone.
3. Instant death occurs when stun and other debuffs are applied.
*This does not occur before they are engaged in combat
*Still happens to party members who do not attack the bosses
*Happens to players both in and not in Imp form
*Players starting the fight in the "out of combat" zone will not die unless they jump back onto the arena and then back down.
*Even when jumping down and then back onto the arena quickly, instant death will still occur.

I just had this same issue when running Trials, it's really very annoying
