    The Borderland Ruins (Secure) 4.3 feedback

    I'm very happy with the changes to Secure. Smaller map, more open and less down-time between encounters. The point distribution adjustment for the drones and node makes it have less of an impact and easier for other teams to win the match even if they got less points from the big node compared to the other teams, especially in 24-man matches.

    The only adjustment I feel is needed is to reduce the amount of points you need to win a match with 24-man. Reduce it from 800 to 700. Do that and I feel the map/mode is perfect.

    Also, good job on the rotation system. Variety in Frontline is now future-proofed for when you eventually add more maps.

    I would like to see Assists added to the scoreboard for Secure, just to make it consistent with the other modes, if nothing else. I also would like if they would implement the launcher from the old Slaughter mode that would you send you straight to the top of the middle section, as I find it kind of tedious to climb up there multiple times a match.

    I agree, the map rotation is nice, it's cool to finally play 72-player versions of Secure and Seize again!

    The changes to Secure really point out how bad of design the other 2 Frontline modes have. RNG doesn't make or break a match, and neither do Drones at this point. The main factor that will lead to success or failure is the players, and not RNG, as PvP should be.

    I have seen premades win matches solely on kills/spawn camping in 24man matches, while ignoring outposts and drones in Secure :x

    Why keep feeding them kills? I mean unless its to spite the 3rd team for not coming to help, theres no reason to leave the spawn area if you know you're going to get ko'd immediately.

    Its a good map because the secondary objectives are optional, rather than required to win like other maps, so they have to looked at in terms of risk/reward. Makes things more interesting and fun. Also doesnt seem anywhere near as likely to reward teams for avoiding combat as the other two maps (shatter being the worst offender here)

    I hope they dont change a thing. Especially the cooldown on blank. Damnit SE dont take this from me >: (
