That ad does, indeed, say it includes Stormblood. I'd verify you're logging into the account where you registered the code (in case you have two) and that you don't have any version of Stormblood registered (in case you're looking at a different platform or collector's edition). Beyond that, this sounds like a mission for their customer support ... which probably won't reply to THIS thread but need to be contacted by other means (phone, in game, web site contact form).
