Internal Game Failure

All of this has already been done in regards to the 90002 errors from a previous ticket I had put in, but I'm still getting the errors. I will try the single monitor piece to seem if that prevents the game from being unstable. Thank you, everyone, for all the help.

Windows S does have a few built in restrictions that may be effecting it also. this is a version of Windows built specifically for school and federally staged entities and is pretty muched locked down unless you apply a group policy setting. If you have tried opening up all restrictive software and making sure the install is solid and not corrupted , you may look in this direction to see if the Education version of Windows is causing these errors.
