People complain about Aurum Vale because it's mechanics can't be ignored. Unlike everything else in ARR, even when synced. Aurum Vale with the command mission squadrun is a laughable pushover because nothing hurts the squad.

But that's the thing, the game balance hinges on if healing the tank rips enmity from them or not. If there is a constant amount of poison debuffs going on, then the healer is going to put out more healing, and thus rip enmity from weaker tanks much quicker.
