Bio-Doma I unattainable???

Posting this here as well, I've posted this through the in-game support desk after asking around in the Enclave shout chat with no remedy for my issue. Both this week and last I had met the full requirements for the Donations only to find myself behind in terms of story progression and I am utterly confused as to why.

Selecting the donation box does not yield any additional scenes as it simply replays the "revisions will be made on Tuesday at 4AM" message. Selecting Kozakura and all of her text options as well as returning to Mitsuba and talking with her seem to yield no changes either.

■Steps:
1. Met donation requirements of 20,000 gil both this week AND last
2. Fulfilled quest objectives to speak with Mistuba
3. Further growth to the Enclave halted, no achievement attainable though people around me seem to be able to claim said achievement
4. Asked with community and reselected the donation box and the NPCs Mitsuba and Kozakura, exhausting every option available with no changes.

I suspect you donate 20k in one go like my friend. You can trigger the quest progession by talking with donation box over and over to make the story exclamation mark shows up on NPCs. Dont be afraid you are not losing any prog



AFAIK each 10k the story progress. You should have 4 stories as of week 2.

I've actually spammed the box a few times over with no real change. It gave me a scene change earlier between donations but beyond that I'm not at the same point as another player I've been going through this content with.

Edit: Clarification: I was able to view one of the two scenes but it didn't push me to the same stage where the aforementioned friend is.

Did you reclaim any donated items at any point?

No items were reclaimed this week however one was reclaimed last week. The reclaimed item was replaced with another of similar worth; both weeks were capped out at maximum donation allotments.
