Unable to continue in POTD

Steps:
1. I click on the Wood Wailer Expeditionary Captain to go into POTD floor 180+ w/ my group.
2. Says "Your Party leader's application has been denied. You do not meet one or more of the requirements. Duty not unlocked."
3. ??? We killed the last boss on floor 180???

*** In Depth Issue ***

I have a POTD static and we killed the last boss on floor 180. We want to progress to floor 200, however it is not allowing me to join and shows me with a 'locked' icon on the POTD entry picture. I am not sure why since we killed the last boss. No other member has the locked out picture- my fellow raiders are Elthic Nayr, Daelian Cadmus and Kaplan Cadmus.

Please help us so we can clear POTD.

To confirm, did you disconnect during the final boss fight, and were not back in the game before he was killed? I have heard that if you disconnect during a floor and the party continues on without waiting for you to return that it will invalidate the save file for you. Because you technically didn’t clear it.

No I didn't disconnect. I did die in the final like 15 seconds but everyone else lived and beat it.

You dying wouldn't have affected progression. Hmm. And you're the only one who sees that message box? There were no disconnects in floors 171 to 179 were there? From just anyone in the group?

There were no disconnects in any section of those floors and no one else is seeing that error. The only thing that comes to mind is the 'death' but this is a team game, and if that is held against me and my group then I'll be very disappointed.

No, your dying on the boss should not have locked you out of progressing. During my clear run, both DPS died on that boss and we moved on with no issue.

Going off the Known Issue, have you completed the "Dead But Not Gone" quest? It's been so long since I've done it, but I always thought it was required to move on. Maybe it wasn't but I had done the quest back when Floors 51-200 were first added. If you haven't done that quest, try completing it and seeing if it will allow you to progress.

Thank you Hasrat and HyoMinPark. I had not done either quest of Nightmares End or Dead but not Gone. I just find it strange that it would wait till floor 180 to not allow me to enter.

I checked the POTD Woodwailer and the lock is no longer present.
